We offer 3 plan options:
We have a weekly rotating menu, meaning every week brings new meals, no boredom here.
We plan everything on an 8-week menu cycle, so you’ll only get the same dish again two months later, giving your diet more variety.
At the moment, if you’re shopping for people with different food goals, you’ll need to place separate orders. You must finish Order 1 before starting Order 2. Since our quiz calculates based on personal goals, we need individual information to personalize each meal box.
Inside each meal page, just click the “i” icon to view all the details: ingredients, nutritional info, and any alerts for food restrictions.

Power Kitchen offers flexible delivery options to fit your schedule and keep your meals ultra-fresh. Depending on your meal plan, we deliver once or twice a week. If you choose split delivery, a minimum of 10 meals is required. All orders are packed in insulated thermal bags with ice packs, so your meals arrive just as fresh as when they left our kitchen.
Deliveries happen on Sundays and Wednesdays. For Sunday delivery, place your order by Friday 10am; for Wednesday delivery, order by Monday 10am. You’ll receive a text with your delivery window two days in advance (Friday for Sunday, Monday for Wednesday). Not going to be home? No worries, just reply to the SMS with a safe drop-off location and how long it’ll take you to collect it. You can update or adjust delivery instructions until 6pm, two days before your scheduled date. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs.
Yes, orders over $180 receive free delivery in all Power Kitchen delivery zones.
Each meal is designed to serve one person.
Meals can be heated in the oven or microwave. Just remove the plastic film from the meal container and heat for 3 minutes.
All our meals are delivered fresh, not frozen.
At checkout, you’ll see a field to enter any discount code you may have.
If the coupon applies to more than one order, it will be automatically applied to your subscription billing.
Store credits can definitely be used toward subscription orders, but they aren’t applied automatically. To use them, you’ll need to reach out to our support team at info@powerkitchen.ca and request that your credits be applied to your next renewal.
You can manage your subscription in your account dashboard.
Access it at powerkitchen.ca/account/login by entering your password, or using the automatic login link sent to your email.
Your subscription renews automatically, ensuring you always receive your meals without interruption.
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
You can also delete items from your subscription.
To modify, skip meals, pause, or cancel your subscription, simply log into your account dashboard.
All Power Kitchen plans are subscription-based, and we make it easy to cancel or manage your subscription.

There are no cancellation fees, unless it’s a delivery day, in that case, your meals have already been prepared.
If you cancel on a delivery day (Wednesday or Sunday), a 50% fee will be charged.
We recommend planning your cancellation ahead of time.
We strive for your satisfaction with every meal.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
