No, subscriptions renew automatically and your meal selection will automatically renew also. You will receive the same protein types that you first subscribed to in your meals e.g. chicken breast, ground beef, steak. As our menu changes weekly, the protein flavours and sides will be different.
If you subscribed to Sunday deliveries, your subscription will renew on Thursdays at 11pm. If you subscribed to Wednesday deliveries, your subscription will renew on Sundays at 11pm.
You can skip a week or several weeks, your subscription will not renew until the renewal date that you select. You must do this before your next renewal date
To skip a subscription: Go to “my account” > under account details select “manage subscriptions” > select the subscription you wish to skip > you must click on each subscription item to skip > click on each item and scroll down to “skip this order” > select your next renewal date > repeat for all items in your subscription + save
You can swap out products in your subscription. You must do this before your next renewal date.
To swap products in your subscription: Go to “my account” > under account details select “manage subscriptions” > select the subscription you wish to skip > select the item you wish to swap > click on each item and scroll down to “swap product” > select your new product > repeat for all items that you want to swap in your subscription + save
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can also delete items in your subscription. You must do this before your next renewal date.

No, we do not automatically split your order into two deliveries.
If you would like delivery on both Sunday and Wednesday, you must set up two separate subscriptions - Subscription #1 for Sunday delivery and Subscription #2 for Wednesday delivery.
Subscriptions renew three days prior to your delivery day. For Sunday deliveries, it renews Thursdays at 11 pm and for Wednesday deliveries, on Sundays at 11 pm. If you happen to cancel your subscription after the renewal, you will still have an order upcoming for delivery or pickup. Cancelling after the renewal does NOT cancel any upcoming deliveries. If you do not want an order that has already been charged reach out to one of our customer support agents and they will assist you.
No, the pre-built meals cannot be changed. You can select what meals you want in the box from a list of 8 that you would like to order. Substitutions are not allowed If you want to choose your own sides, the custom meal plan may be a better option for you.
You can keep your meals in the fridge for up to 5 days or if you want to store them for longer, we suggest freezing them ( for 4 – 6 weeks depending on the quality of your freezer).
All Power Kitchen containers are both oven and microwave-safe without the plastic lid on. For a quick meal, we suggest microwaving for 2–3 minutes. For optimal flavour, we suggest reheating your meal in the oven for 10–15 minutes at a medium temperature (we recommend 350–375°F).
For Sunday orders, the pick up time window is usually from 9am – 12am. For Wednesday orders, the pick up time window is usually from 2pm -5pm. Please note that these pick up times are subject to change. We always send an e-mail two days prior the pick up day (Fridays or Mondays) with a confirmation, please ensure to check that.
We deliver on Sundays and Wednesdays. For Sunday deliveries, we will send an sms with a delivery window on Friday afternoon and for Wednesday deliveries, you will receive an sms on Monday afternoon.
Our drivers are authorized to leave the delivery without any signature. If you are not going to be home at that time, just let us know a safe place to leave your order and tell us how long you it will take you to retrieve the meals.
