“You know it’s gonna be a good week when power kitchen drops off the goods on a Sunday 😋 I love using power kitchen the weeks I don’t have time to meal prep. With a busy work schedule I need to stay organized to still keep up with a regular meal plan or else no bueno. Especially when traveling or packed weekends, having these meals ready and loaded is a life saver. A bit more expensive than making is myself but I get quality time and portion control in return. Highly recommend. Also, if you like working out (I do) these meals are designed to complement a nutritious diet.”
