  • How much do I save when I subscribe?

    You will save 5% every week when you subscribe. Also, our loyalty points are applied to the customer account and can be redeemed at your convenience as cashback. Just reach out on our live chat to redeem them.
    You earn them in two different ways:

    • $5 store credit to each $100 spent
    • Punch cards after your 3rd, 5th, 10th and 20th orders

    All rewards have a 2-month expiration period.

  • Is it possible to place one-time orders?

    Yes!  Choose a meal box under “On the Menu” tab > select “one-time” under the purchase option. You must order a minimum of 3 meals from the same meal plan.

  • How much do I need to spend to get free delivery?

    We're delighted to offer free delivery for orders over $180.

  • How do I manage my subscription, including renewal and cancellation?

    Your subscription renews automatically, ensuring you always receive your meals without interruption. 

    You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can also delete items in your subscription. To modify, skip meals, pause, or cancel your subscription, simply log into your account dashboard. Cancellation fees for on the delivery day is 50%.

    Please note that you must do this before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Subscriptions renew three days prior to your delivery day. For Sunday deliveries, it renews Thursdays at 11 pm and for Wednesday deliveries, on Sundays at 11 pm. If you happen to cancel your subscription after the renewal, you will still have an order upcoming for delivery or pickup. Canceling after the renewal does NOT cancel any upcoming deliveries. Cancellation fees after the renewal is 30%.

  • How does Power Kitchen delivery work? How is my food delivered?

    Power Kitchen offers flexible delivery options to suit your schedule and ensure your meals are always fresh. Depending on your meal plan, we deliver once or twice a week. If you opt for split delivery, a minimum of 10 meals is required. We take care to pack your meals in thermal bags with ice packs, ensuring they arrive at your door as fresh as when they were prepared.

    Deliveries are scheduled for Sundays and Wednesdays:

    • Sunday Delivery: You'll receive an SMS with your delivery window on Friday afternoon.
    • Wednesday Delivery: An SMS with your delivery window will be sent on Monday afternoon.


    For new orders:

    • Sunday Delivery: Place your order by 10am on Friday.
    • Wednesday Delivery: Place your order by 10am on Monday.

    Not home during delivery? No problem! Our drivers can leave your meals without a signature. Just let us know a safe spot to leave your order and how long it will take you to retrieve it.

    Need to adjust your delivery time? You can reply to the SMS we send 2 days before your scheduled delivery until 7pm to request a change in your delivery window or provide special instructions. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • How do I know which ingredients are used and the macronutrient details of the meals?

    Each meal information with the breakdown of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, and fats) is available on our website under each meal’s description, making it easy for you to stay on top of your dietary goals. You can also check the ingredients list on the Bulk Page for each item individually. You can also talk to our support team via email at info@powerkitchen.ca or through our website’s chat.

  • What is your refund policy?

    We strive for your satisfaction with every meal. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis, prioritizing customer satisfaction. Click here to visit our Refund Policy page. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds once a meal has been delivered.
