We're glad to be part of your routine! At Power Kitchen, our vision is to make healthy food tasty. We take the stress away from your busy schedule and ensure all of your nutrition goals are met.

Here is all the information you need to know about your subscription, your meals and your upcoming deliveries:

Delivery or pick-up?

Our team of friendly delivery drivers will deliver your meals on Wednesdays, Sundays or both days to your address. It depends on your choice. 2 days before the delivery, our AI bot Joey will coordinate a good time with you via text and you will receive an SMS updating you on a time window in which to expect your delivery. Deliveries can also be tracked when your driver is 60 minutes away! If you would rather pick up your meals and have opted for this at checkout, we will send an e-mail providing the details also 2 days before the pick-up date.

Do you have deliveries twice a week?

Do you have deliveries twice a week? If so, you have to manage each subscription separately. You can swap your meals, pause your subscriptions, or even skip a delivery, but will have to do it separately for Wednesday delivery and Sunday delivery. Please note that making changes on one will not change the other.

When will my subscription renew?

If you subscribed to Sunday deliveries, your subscription will renew on Thursdays at 11 pm. If you subscribed to Wednesday deliveries, your subscription will renew on Sundays at 11 pm.

How do I pause my subscription?

You can skip a week or several weeks and your subscription will not renew until the renewal date that you select, but you must do this before your next renewal date. To manage your subscription, click here.

Can I swap my meals?

Yes, you can! You can swap the meals of your next order, but you must do this before your next renewal date. To manage your subscription, click here.

I have cancelled my subscription but I still have an order to be delivered, what should I do?

Subscriptions renew three days prior to your delivery day. For Sunday deliveries, it renews Thursdays at 11 pm and for Wednesday deliveries, on Sundays at 11 pm. If you happen to cancel your subscription after the renewal, you will still have an order upcoming for delivery or pickup. Cancelling after the renewal does not cancel any upcoming deliveries.
