Description
Grilled extra-firm tofu glazed in a rich Thai satay sauce built on coconut milk, peanut butter, and red curry paste, then finished in the oven until caramelized. Alongside it, fluffy couscous tossed with sautéed bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, and a bright squeeze of lemon. A julienned mix of green and red cabbage, carrots, and onion rounds out the plate, finished with fresh cilantro. Every component pulls its weight, delivering bold Southeast Asian flavour in a fully plant-based meal.
