Description
Carne Asada built for flavour and fuel. Tip sirloin steak is brushed with yellow mustard, seasoned with oregano, cayenne, and black pepper, then marinated in Worcestershire sauce for 12 hours before a long, slow sous-vide cook that keeps every slice tender and deeply savoury. Alongside it, herb roasted potatoes tossed with rosemary and thyme get a golden finish in the oven. A colourful side of oven-roasted carrots, cauliflower, mushrooms, green beans, and red bell peppers rounds out the plate with a light sesame and soy glaze.
