The Power Kitchen 80/20 Challenge is a 4 or 8-week meal plan. You will receive 2 deliveries per week for 4 or 8 weeks.

No. All our meals come ready to heat and eat. Simply pop your meal in the oven at 350f for 10-15 mins or in the microwave for 2-3 mins.

Each delivery will contain 3 days worth of nutrition. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and healthy snacks.

Deliveries are made Sundays and Wednesdays in the late afternoon and early evening. You will receive a SMS two days before delivery with a delivery window, and on delivery day you will get a sms 60 minutes before your driver arrives with a tracking link.

The Power Kitchen 80/20 challenge is not a subscription. It is a one time payment. This payment pre pays for 16 deliveries over an 8 week period. You can also pay in 4 installments using Sezzle

The challenge meals are fixed for the duration of the 8 weeks. However during your weekly check in you can bring up any concerns with your assigned nutritionist.

Yes you can cancel after your first delivery. Reach out to your assigned nutritionist and they will help you.
